Privacy Policy.

This website is operated by BuildCraft Properties Ltd. (“BuildCraft”, “we”, “us”), with its Head Office at House 02, Road 8, Avenue 3, Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh. This policy explains how we handle personal information you share with us through this website.

We only collect personal information that you choose to give us. When you submit our enquiry form, this may include:

• your name and phone number;
• your email address, if you provide it;
• the project you are interested in, if you select one; and
• the subject and message of your enquiry.

If you contact us directly by phone or email, we will receive the information you share in that communication.

We use the information you provide to:

• respond to your enquiry and provide the information you have asked for;
• follow up about our residential developments where you have asked us to; and
• keep a record of our communication with you.

We do not sell your personal information.

Depending on how the website is configured, an enquiry submitted through the form is either delivered to our team by email through an email delivery service, or prepared in your own email application for you to send. In the second case, your message is sent from your own email account, and that provider's terms apply.

Our website links to external services, such as Google Maps for office directions. When you follow these links, the third party's own privacy practices apply.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
